Our day starts early...

Clean Streets L.A. crews are assigned abandoned waste and illegal dumping locations to clean across the city. In the program's first year, between July 2014 and June 2015, more than 8,000 tons of debris were picked up from city streets, transported and disposed of in landfills. Moved by hand tools and heavy machinery, the weight is equal to about 4,000 average sized passenger vehicles.

Call 311 or use the MyLA311 app to report abandoned waste and illegal dumping in the public right of way near you. When making a report, please provide as much detail about the location and debris as possible so the appropriate level of resources can be directed to the site.
